JZ Flowers Team Conquers the Macmillan Mighty Hike
The JZ Flowers team has once again proven that with determination, teamwork and a strong sense of purpose, anything is possible.
Battling through thunderstorms, drenched clothing and some seriously challenging hills, our colleagues successfully completed the gruelling 25-mile Macmillan Mighty Hike through the beautiful – but demanding – Lake District.
It was far from an easy task. The weather threw everything it had at the team, testing both stamina and morale. But throughout the ups and downs, team spirit shone through. Encouragement, laughter, and mutual support carried everyone forward, step by step, until they crossed the finish line together.
The challenge was undertaken in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, a cause close to many hearts. Thanks to the incredible generosity of friends, family, and supporters, the team has so far raised over £6,000 to help fund the vital work Macmillan does for individuals and families affected by cancer.
