This means working responsibly with our partners, supporting human rights, and making thoughtful choices that help protect and improve the world around us
Our product is natural and has a direct impact on the environments and communities where it is produced. We aim to make a positive impact on the people who work for JZ Flowers and our partners, as well as the environment.
OUR CSR STRATEGY: IMPACT2030
As part of Dutch Flower Group, JZ Flowers is proud to align with the group’s updated sustainability strategy, IMPACT2030. This strategy focuses on four key areas that guide how we grow our business responsibly and sustainably:
1. Human Rights & Ethical Trade – We are committed to ethical business practices and transparency across our supply chain. This includes strengthening our human rights due diligence, preparing for new regulations like the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), and ensuring certified sourcing in line with FSI standards.
2. Protecting Our Environment – We are working to reduce our impact on the natural world by safeguarding biodiversity, using water responsibly, and supporting more sustainable farming and supply practices.
3. Supporting Our Community – We prioritise the wellbeing, safety, and fair treatment of all people involved in our business—from our teams to the workers in our supply chain—ensuring everyone feels respected and heard.
4. Tackling Carbon – We are actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and supply chain. As part of this, we are committed to setting and meeting Science Based Targets (SBTi) to help limit global warming and drive climate action.
