Sustainability

Human Rights & Ethical Trade

We’re committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights and social compliance across our global supply chain. From farm to customer, we work closely with our partners to promote fair treatment, safe working conditions, and respect for labour rights. Our approach goes beyond basic compliance—it's about driving a responsible and transparent supply chain that protects people and supports ethical trade at every level.

We work with partners across our supply chain to identify and manage social and human rights risks. Each year, we carry out a thorough risk assessment covering countries, sites, and key human rights issues. Based on this, we develop a clear due diligence roadmap to address these risks and ensure continuous improvement.
