JZ Flowers Sponsor Mires Beck Nursery Family Day
Volunteers from JZ Flowers were on hand to support a family fun day held at Mires Beck Nursery by selling British, seasonal bouquets to the public, with all proceeds being donated back to the Mires Beck charity.
The plant nursery, based in North Cave, East Yorkshire, is a registered charity that provides
day service and horticultural work experience to adults living with a range of multiple learning disabilities including Autism (ASD), Downs Syndrome and physical disabilities.
The event, held on July 24, was filled with live music, flower arranging and woodcarving demonstrations, tombola, raffle, and an activity packed woodland walk. The event also provided a great opportunity for the public to find out more about the brilliant work that the charity does.
