HR Advisor Jenny Green named Apprentice of the Year
Jenny Green, HR Advisor at JZ Flowers, has been named Apprentice of the Year for Professional Programmes at the East Riding College Apprenticeship Award Ceremony.

Jenny was presented with her award at a formal celebration held at The Attraction Restaurant, at Beverley Racecourse and was among 10 other winners after being nominated by JZ Flowers for her skills and conscientiousness.
Jenny completed her CIPD Level 3 Human Resources in June 2021 which consisted of employment law regulations, managing employment relations, performance and reward management, strategic workforce planning and recruitment.
Since completing the course, Jenny has gone on to gain knowledge in various areas of HR which has led to development in her career with JZ Flowers. In September 2021, she has since been promoted to become a full-time and valued HR Advisor at JZ Flowers.
On winning her award, Jenny said, “I would also like to thank JZ for supporting me in this course and my progression in my career in HR. After completing my Level 3 apprenticeship and gaining the knowledge required, I was able to proceed with my education and have since embarked on studying the CIPD Level 5 People Management course with East Riding College.”
